We send out tracking info within 24hours after each order ships. For heavy shipments, the order will ship with an appointment and tailgate. The shipping company will call you to set up a delivery appointment. You must meet the driver to sign off on delivery. We recommend you have a team scheduled to meet the driver to unload the material from the truck and bring it to the install site. The driver will deliver either to the end of your driveway or to the loading zone of the building. First you need to know the square footage of your room. Take a measurement at the longest point and the widest point in feet, then multiply those two numbers to get the square foot area (SF). We recommend you add 10% to your space to account for waste material and mis-cuts.

All rolled flooring products perform best when they are glued directly onto the subfloor. However, if you will not have substantial commercial traffic in the room, then you can opt to use double faced industrial flooring tape instead of adhesive for installation.
