We send out tracking after each order ships. For heavy gym equipment shipments, the order will ship with an appointment and tailgate - curbside drop off at the end of your driveway. The driver will lower the shipment to the ground for you. From there it is the customer's responsibility to bring the items into their home. The driver will not bring the item up the driveway, hand unload items off the pallet for you or take away packaging materials with them (these extra services are available for an additional fee, inquire at info@landmarkathletics.com). For smaller courier shipments, many items we sell ship in multiple boxes, and therefore can arrive on different dates.

4-10 Days based on location. (Christmas Holidays will delay shipment delivery by 7 days). We ship with freight carriers for heavier shipments. We are a small, but efficient group of people that enjoy servicing our clients. Our goal is to ship out each order within 2-3 business days. For Canada shipments, we pool our shipments and send a truckload to our Brampton, ON crossdock warehouse once per week. You may opt to pick up at that location, otherwise, the shipment will continue its journey to your destination after it is received at our crossdock warehouse.

We offer shipping insurance at checkout. We recommend that you inspect your goods prior to signing for them from the shipper. Sometimes the box may look rough, but the product is perfectly ok. Should a damage claim need to be filed with the carrier, the maximum reimbursement they pay is $2/lbs in damages. To file a claim, you must sign on the Bill as "damaged" and take photos of the damaged goods during the offloading process. You must report the incident immediately by sending all info to: info@landmarkathletics.com with your reference number.

We do not recommend installing any flooring on top of carpet. Carpet is not a suitable substrate for flooring. Rubber flooring should be installed over firm surfaces like concrete. If removing the carpet is not an option, then you can lay a plastic sheet over the carpet, then lay a thicker tile like the LDS Utility Tile on top. That is the only product we would recommend to be installed in this instance.

4.5mm thickness is great for pickleball courts. 8mm is very durable and the most common thickness for home gyms and commercial gyms, as well as basketball courts. 20mm is best for commercial free weight areas, heavier lifting and noise mitigation. For more severe sound proofing situations, the thickness can vary from 60mm (2-3/8”) to 100mm (4”) depending on the severity and room construction.

First you need to know the square footage of your room. Take a measurement at the longest point and the widest point in feet, then multiply those two numbers to get the square foot area (SF). We recommend you add 10% to your space to account for waste material and mis-cuts. Then divide that number by the SF size of the tile or roll:Formula: Room length x Room width = Square Footage (SF)
(SF) / Material Size (Tile size SF or Roll Size SF) = Material needed.
Add 10% to your material needed to ensure you have enough to finish your job.

While most of the flooring we sell is easy to install yourself, we work with contractors across the country for larger projects. For jobs over 1000 square feet, we can provide installation quotes in most areas—just fill out our Quote Request Form. For projects 500 square feet or more, we can connect you with local contractors. If you’re purchasing more than just flooring, check out our tiered packages for additional services based on your project size.

Our flooring is the lowest odor option in the rubber flooring industry, with only a faint smell present initially that will dissipate over time. The rubber undergoes a rigorous 10-stage cleaning process, magnetizing the fibers and completely extracting any reject materials. As a result, it meets building codes and is safe for indoor use, unlike stall mats and other rubber flooring, which may contain reject materials from recycled items like used tires, potentially affecting air quality.

We supply all center tile pieces. This allows you to easily cut along walls to make a tight fit. Walls are rarely ever square, therefore a flush border edge would be harder to work with. For doorways, we offer various reducers / transition strips you can add during your install. If you are unsure which transition pieces will work best for your room, send an inquiry to info@landmarkathletics.com and we will assist you.

All of our rubber flooring can be installed in a garage gym. However, it is not recommended to park a car over top. The tires may buckle the tiles/rolls. If the car leaks any oil, it will break down the flooring.

No it shouldn’t, but to be safe, you can lay a plastic sheet down over the sub-floor, then install the rubber flooring over top.

Yes you can. You may not experience much of the effects of the heat though as the rubber floor will act as an insulator.

We sell sample packs for a flat $10 fee. Simply fill out our Quote Request Form and provide us with the details of the job and product you are interested in. Designers, architects and contractors can apply for free samples. A sales rep will connect with you via email.
