Extraction Rinse: Mix 1 oz per gallon/45ml per 3.8 litres of water.
Light Duty Cleaning: Mix 4 oz per gallon/120ml per 3.8 litres of water.
Medium Duty Cleaning: Mix 8 oz per gallon240ml per 3.8 litres of water.
Heavy Duty Cleaning and Scouring: Mix 12 oz per gallon/360ml per 3.8 litres of water.
Directions for Use
Caution: Do not mix with chlorine containing products or bleach–releases chlorine gas. Mix only with water.
Carpet & Fabric Spotter: Mix 15 oz per gallon/450ml per 3.8 litres of water. Apply to colorfast surface. Blot with clean white towel.
Extraction Rinse: Neutralizes and removes detergent residues that may cause resoiling.
Winter Rinse: Mix 1 oz per gallon/30ml per 3.8 litres of water to remove soils and films from winter conditions. Removes residues from rock salt and ice melters as well as ice, slush, and water film without affecting flooring or finishes.
Resilient Floors: Prior to floor refinishing, use Bufferall diluted at 1oz per gallon/30ml per 3.8 litres of water, to neutralize and remove residual alkalies that remain on floors after stripping.
Bathrooms: Removes mineral deposits, soap film and lime deposits from bathroom fixtures, water fountains, windows, mirrors, and stainless steel–safe on any washable surface.
Carpet: Removes tannin stains, such as coffee and tea, from colorfast carpet and fabrics, as well as removing “browning” caused by over-wetting or detergent residues. Test for colorfast properties prior to using. Always rinse with clear water.

We deliver products all across North America from our Ohio warehouse. (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canadian Territories, Unaccessible addresses by Freight Trucks and other Rural Areas excluded). There are no duties when shipping to Canadian addresses. Simply input your shipping address at checkout, and our team will calculate the cost of delivery and total the final cost. While we make our best efforts to cover shipping costs to most locations, there are rural areas and inaccessible locations that we cannot deliver to. In the unlikely circumstance where your order does fall into one of these locations, we will promptly contact you with the additional Shipping costs. You may decide to proceed with the order or cancel at that time. (We ship to billing addresses only for Province of Quebec, no exceptions). 4-7 Days based on location. We send out tracking after each order ships. For heavy gym equipment shipments, the order will ship with an appointment and tailgate - curbside drop off at the end of your driveway. The driver will lower the shipment to the ground for you. From there it is the customer's responsibility to bring the items into their home. The driver will not bring the item up the driveway, hand unload items off the pallet for you or take away packaging materials with them (these extra services are available for an additional fee, inquire at info@landmarkathletics.com). For smaller courier shipments, many items we sell ship in multiple boxes, and therefore can arrive on different dates.
4-10 Days based on location. (Christmas Holidays will delay shipment delivery by 7 days). We ship with freight carriers for heavier shipments. The carrier will contact you to schedule a 3 hour delivery window for 'curbside drop off.' It is your responsibility to inspect the shipment and offload the shipment. Smaller shipments ship by courier, many items we sell ship in multiple boxes, and therefore can arrive on different dates. We send out tracking after each order ships.
We are a small, but efficient group of people that enjoy servicing our clients. Our goal is to ship out each order within 2-3 business days. For Canada shipments, we pool our shipments and send a truckload to our Brampton, ON crossdock warehouse once per week. You may opt to pick up at that location, otherwise, the shipment will continue its journey to your destination after it is received at our crossdock warehouse.
We offer shipping insurance at checkout. We recommend that you inspect your goods prior to signing for them from the shipper. Sometimes the box may look rough, but the product is perfectly ok. Should a damage claim need to be filed with the carrier, the maximum reimbursement they pay is $2/lbs in damages. To file a claim, you must sign on the Bill as "damaged" and take photos of the damaged goods during the offloading process. You must report the incident immediately by sending all info to: info@landmarkathletics.com with your reference number.
Unless specifically noted as a 'Pre-Order', We only sell products that we currently have in stock in our Ohio warehouse. We do not take back-orders for online orders. Rest assured that if you order from our site, we will send you the product immediately.
We use Braintree, a secure encrypted payment providor that ensures your data is safe. The same payment provider as UBER. Our website does not store any credit card numbers or expiry dates.
