I purchased the TC K1S all in one bundle. This machine comes very well packaged to eliminate shipping damage. The assembly instruction were thorough but if the pieces would have a sticker attached to corresponds with the part description pictures it would be very helpful. Landmark's Customer Service response time to our email question's was outstanding, we had our answers by the next business day at the latest. Sometimes within minutes of emailing. The machine itself is an outstanding workout machine with everything needed for a quality workout, this machine is clearly designed to provide years of rugged use, and it comes at a great price.
The unpacking process took a bit of time because of how well packed everything is. Finally found the instructions in box 3. Seems a little counter intuitive to place them in box 3. ?. We are up and running now! - assembly went well, though the instructions aren’t as good as they can be. but other than that, thank you for the quality product at an attractive price. My wife and I absolutely love the K1S
Delivery went very smooth. The company called me ahead to schedule the drop off. It came well really packaged. Set up was a little challenging. The instructions leave a little to be desired. You can tell there is a language barrier with the chinese made instructions. I had to lay out all the parts, and decipher which part matches the drawings in the manual - they didn't label any of the parts in the box. Not overly difficult, but a little annoying and added some time to the set up process along with some trial and error. One tip is do not overtighten the bolt on the smith bar sleeve, leave it a little loose so that the sleeve can spin. My install time was about 3-4 hours total. After I got it together I mustered up some energy for a workout (I know...). Very impressed, The machine is very sturdy, cables are smooth and are easy to adjust. It has literally everything I need, great value. I really like that I can add more weight plates to the stack if I need heavier weight for rowing exercises. Overall I'm very pleased with the K1S, it's exactly what I wanted.
The K1S is working out really well for us. My teenage sons love it and are using it daily. Would definitely purchase again.
I purchased this TC K1S Smith machine all in one in January 2024 after an extensive research. I had to mounted almost all by myself, which it is not recommendable, but it is possible if you have time and you're skillful enough. I recommend at least two people though. My opinion is that this is a great solid home gym equipment at a great price and with a fantastic professional service team and custome care service. I got a great deal and I have been using it for a few weeks and I fully recommend it.
Product arrived packaged very well on one pallet. Took 3-4 hours in total to put together. Very well built. Have used it for a week now and love it. Only critique is instruction manual could be a bit more user friendly. However, customer service is fantastic. Questions addressed promptly even late in the evening. Will be my first stop for all future home gym purchases.
Everything was all wrapped up on the pallet. I was not sure what was in every box. I figured the bench was in one of the boxes or maybe a separate delivery. Ended up calling them and they were helpful in getting me the missing bench ASAP as well as some extra weights I wanted. We put the rack together yesterday. We are very impressed. Several of my neighbors were checking it out. You might have a few more customers coming your way.
My husband and I spent at least 2 weeks researching home gym machines. We were torn between ritkeep and the K1S. After calling Landmark and speaking to the local staff there it really helped us finalize our decision. All these other brands online are chinese companies and have no number to call with questions. Which worried us about service down the road. Landmark was friendly, super knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. A++ service like that just doesn't exist anymore.

We deliver products all across North America from our Ohio warehouse. (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canadian Territories, Unaccessible addresses by Freight Trucks and other Rural Areas excluded). There are no duties when shipping to Canadian addresses. Simply input your shipping address at checkout, and our team will calculate the cost of delivery and total the final cost. While we make our best efforts to cover shipping costs to most locations, there are rural areas and inaccessible locations that we cannot deliver to. In the unlikely circumstance where your order does fall into one of these locations, we will promptly contact you with the additional Shipping costs. You may decide to proceed with the order or cancel at that time. (We ship to billing addresses only for Province of Quebec, no exceptions). 4-7 Days based on location. We send out tracking after each order ships. For heavy gym equipment shipments, the order will ship with an appointment and tailgate - curbside drop off at the end of your driveway. The driver will lower the shipment to the ground for you. From there it is the customer's responsibility to bring the items into their home. The driver will not bring the item up the driveway, hand unload items off the pallet for you or take away packaging materials with them (these extra services are available for an additional fee, inquire at info@landmarkathletics.com). For smaller courier shipments, many items we sell ship in multiple boxes, and therefore can arrive on different dates.
4-10 Days based on location. We ship with freight carriers for heavier shipments. The carrier will contact you to schedule a 3 hour delivery window for 'curbside drop off.' It is your responsibility to inspect the shipment and offload the shipment. Smaller shipments ship by courier, many items we sell ship in multiple boxes, and therefore can arrive on different dates. We send out tracking after each order ships.
We are a small, but efficient group of people that enjoy servicing our clients. Our goal is to ship out each order within 2-3 business days. For Canada shipments, we pool our shipments and send a truckload to our Brampton, ON crossdock warehouse once per week. You may opt to pick up at that location, otherwise, the shipment will continue its journey to your destination after it is received at our crossdock warehouse.
We offer shipping insurance at checkout. We recommend that you inspect your goods prior to signing for them from the shipper. Sometimes the box may look rough, but the product is perfectly ok. Should a damage claim need to be filed with the carrier, the maximum reimbursement they pay is $2/lbs in damages. To file a claim, you must sign on the Bill as "damaged" and take photos of the damaged goods during the offloading process. You must report the incident immediately by sending all info to: info@landmarkathletics.com with your reference number.
Unless specifically noted as a 'Pre-Order', We only sell products that we currently have in stock in our Ohio warehouse. We do not take back-orders for online orders. Rest assured that if you order from our site, we will send you the product immediately.
We use Braintree, a secure encrypted payment providor that ensures your data is safe. The same payment provider as UBER. Our website does not store any credit card numbers or expiry dates.
