Vector Resistance Shift Pegs for Jammer Arms

The Vector Shift Arms transform the way jammer arms feel by allowing you to reposition where the weight is applied. Move the loading point to emphasize the stretch, mid-range, or fully contracted portion of every repetition, creating a completely different resistance profile without changing the total load.

The technology lets you shift where peak resistance occurs, allowing the resistance profile to better match your natural strength curve, or intentionally overload its weakest or strongest range.

Optimizing Your Resistance Profile

The Vector Shift Peg allows you to customize the resistance profile of each exercise by adjusting how weight is distributed between the two loading points.

For a starting point, we recommend experimenting with 60/40, 70/30, or 80/20 weight distributions, with the majority of the weight placed on the Vector Shift Peg and the remainder on the standard lower weight peg.
Example for 60/40 = 60% of the weight on the vector Shift Peg, 40% on the lower Jammer peg. Mix it up as you see fit during each exercise!

These configurations are intended to emphasize resistance in the stretched position where you are strongest, while allowing resistance to taper off toward full contraction at the end of your rep. Each exercise has a different strength curve, so experiment with these ratios to find the loading arrangement that best matches your natural strength and desired training stimulus.

Weight Plate Peg Placement

Depending on the exercise, you may want to shift the weight plate peg facing inside instead of outside. Some exercises may feel better with the gravitational pull coming from the plates being loaded towards inward facing.
